Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 28, 2026

These terms apply when you use this website. Using the site means you accept them. They cover the website itself — the separate written contract you sign before any work begins is what governs the actual job.

What this website is

This site describes our services and lets you request a free inspection. We carry out roofing work and other building, repair and improvement work on residential and commercial property, and what we offer changes over time, so the services described here are examples rather than a complete or fixed list.

Everything on this site is provided for general information. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, a professional recommendation, or a guarantee of price, availability, timescale, or any particular outcome for your property. We may change any of it at any time without notice.

Requesting an inspection

When you submit the form you are asking us to contact you to arrange a free inspection. You are not agreeing to buy anything and you are under no obligation.

  • You must be 18 or over.
  • You must give accurate information, including a phone number you can actually be reached on.
  • You must have the authority to arrange work on the property, or be asking on behalf of someone who does. We work with property owners, because only an owner can approve work on a property.
  • We may decline a request, for any reason, including that the property is outside the area we serve.

Inspections, quotes and the work itself

The inspection is free and comes with no obligation. What we find is our professional opinion based on what can be seen and safely reached on the day. Roofs can hide damage that only becomes visible once work starts, so findings and any quote may change if we uncover something underneath.

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Any work is governed by the separate written contract you sign before we begin, which sets out scope, price, schedule and payment terms. If anything in these website terms conflicts with that signed contract, the signed contract wins.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by us, and their length and terms depend on the materials used and the manufacturer's own conditions. Any workmanship warranty we offer is set out in your signed contract. References on this site to warranty coverage describe what may be available, not what applies to every job.

Text messaging terms

Who is texting you. Text messages come from SoCal Roofers, a roofing contractor serving Orange County and the surrounding area.

What you will receive. Our inspection form has two separate checkboxes, both optional and both unticked by default. One signs you up for messages about your own job: appointment confirmations, crew arrival times and quote follow-ups. The other signs you up for marketing messages: occasional offers and seasonal maintenance reminders. You can accept one, both, or neither, and you can submit the form without accepting either.

How often. Message frequency varies and depends on which checkboxes you ticked and what stage your job is at. Job-related messages typically arrive only around a scheduled visit or a quote. Marketing messages are occasional.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call us on the number on this site and ask to be removed.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle the information behind those messages is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Website content

The text, photographs, video and logos on this site belong to SoCal Roofers or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering our services. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

Project photographs show work we have completed. They illustrate the kind of work we do and are not a promise that your job will look identical or cost the same.

Third-party links and tools

This site uses Google Maps Platform for address suggestions and may link to other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Availability

We try to keep this site up and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Limits on our liability

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site or its content, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our owners, employees or contractors are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of this website or your reliance on anything in it, even if we have been advised such losses were possible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or connected with this website will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

You are responsible for deciding whether anything on this site is suitable for your own situation, and for getting professional advice about your specific property before acting on it. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including for fraud, and nothing in it affects your rights under the signed contract for any work we carry out.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover us against any claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this website, from information you submit that is inaccurate or that you had no authority to give us, or from your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California will have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
